Yes — you get 14 days of the full product, no credit card required. Pick a plan only when you're ready; if you don't, your account simply pauses rather than charging you.

Nothing scary. There's no card on file, so you're never charged automatically — your account pauses until you choose a plan, and your setup and data are waiting when you come back.

Optional extras priced on top of any plan, of two kinds. Capability add-ons — things like Marketing, the Online shop and Memberships — switch a feature on for your salon. Capacity add-ons add headroom to the plan you already have, by the location or by a block of staff seats. Everything currently on sale is listed with its price on the pricing page, alongside anything we have announced but not yet released. All of it is free to explore during your trial, and billed only while it's switched on.

Your billing page always shows what you're using against what your plan allows, so you can see it coming. From there you can move to a bigger plan, and where extra capacity is on sale you can add a location or a block of seats to the plan you already have instead. Either way SalonWard shows you the new total before anything is charged, and going over a limit never deletes anything you already have — it just stops new additions.

You get a plain explanation, never a dead end or an error. The page tells you which plan or add-on unlocks it and links straight to Billing, and anything you had before stays exactly where it is. The rule is enforced on our servers rather than just hidden in the browser, so a plan you're paying for is the plan you actually get.
