For salons & barbershops
Appointments, online booking, checkout, stock, marketing and reports. One home for the whole business, from a single chair to a growing chain.
Preview of the SalonWard dashboard on a Tuesday afternoon: €482.50 taken so far, eight appointments with five still to come, a 68% rebooking rate and two new clients across the top; below them the rest of the day's schedule, starting with a just-requested balayage for Sofia Meijer with Nina at 13:15, then a beard trim for Daan Peters, a cut and colour for Ada Kovács, a blow-dry for Noor El Amrani and a shave for Omar Aziz, each with its stylist and booking status, beside the three stylists on the floor.

Each polished in light and dark, plus your own brand colour, on every plan.
The problem
None of them talk to each other, so you are the integration, every evening, by hand. Here is the stack most salons are running, and what replaces it.
Instead
And because it is one system, the numbers agree with each other by construction. The report and the till are reading the same rows.
Online booking
Clients book from a page that carries your name and your style, with real availability, multi-service visits, deposits when you want them, and a waitlist that offers freed slots automatically.
Maison Bloem's booking page: three services with their length and price, Cut & finish chosen, the free times that day grouped into morning and afternoon with 11:30 picked, and a confirm button.
A preview of the real booking page. Yours is live on day one of your trial.
Checkout & money
Services and retail in one basket; gift cards, packages and loyalty redeemed automatically; a clean, numbered invoice at the end. Stock counts itself down and the register reconciles at close.
SalonWard's till with a sale for Emma de Vries: Cut & finish €42.00 and a Repair mask 200ml €24.50, 120 loyalty points taking €6.00 off, €60.50 total including VAT, paid in full by card and ready to complete.
A preview of the real till. Every button on it works in your trial.
Marketing & insights
See revenue, rebooking and no-shows at a glance, then act on them with segmented campaigns, birthday wishes and win-backs that quietly bring people back to the chair. The campaign tools ship as the Marketing add-on, free to explore in every trial.
The SalonWard reports panel: revenue of €9,160 over the last 30 days, up 18%, with a weekly trend line; tiles for 148 appointments, 26 new clients, a €61.90 average ticket, €1,240 of retail, a 68% rebooking rate and a 1.9% no-show rate; and a drafted win-back for six clients who are due a visit.

Your salon’s look
10 designed themes, each polished in light and dark, plus your own brand colour on top. Your booking page, your team's screens and your clients' confirmations all follow it. Pick one and the panel below changes with it.

Air Frosted glass over a daylight sky. Layered and calm.
A SalonWard dashboard panel for Maison Bloem, shown in the Air theme: Tuesday with 8 in the book, today's revenue of €482.50 from paid invoices, 8 visits with 5 still to come, 68% rebooked for clients who left with a next date, a New appointment button, and three status badges reading Confirmed, Deposit paid and Online.
A real SalonWard panel, not a picture of one. Salons switch themes in Settings whenever they like, and their booking page follows.
Everything in the box
Not a list of modules to buy. Pick an area and read what is actually in it, including which parts sit on a particular plan or add-on.
Day, week and per-stylist views built around how salon work actually happens, with buffers, resources and busy Saturdays included.
A branded booking page, a client portal and embeddable widgets. Clients help themselves, and the calendar stays accurate.
Complete, private client files that make the second visit feel like the tenth, and that respect the rules when someone asks to be forgotten.
Profiles, permissions, shifts and hours, from “who's in on Saturday?” to payroll-ready numbers without the spreadsheet.
A till that understands salons: services and retail in one basket, every kind of credit handled, and records your accountant will actually like.
Checkout and everything in it comes with the Essential plan and above, and with every trial.
Retail and back-bar under control, suppliers and purchase orders in the flow, and a shop window that's open when you're not.
Inventory comes with the Essential plan and above; the online shop is a priced add-on.
Campaigns, automated moments and a shared inbox. Communication that fills chairs without ever feeling like spam.
Invite reviews after real visits, reply in public, and watch the trend, on your page, your website, and the directory.
The figures that actually run a salon, such as revenue, retention and utilisation, plus quiet signals when something needs your eye.
Reports come with the Essential plan and above; the deepest analytics belong to Grow.
Each location runs itself, with its own staff, hours, prices, till and stock, while you keep the estate view. Built to grow into.
Booking page, shop and staff app in your style, with 10 designed presets, each polished in light and dark.
Every one of them is unlocked during your trial.
Who it’s for
One product that fits a single chair, a busy barbershop, or a growing chain, without switching software as you grow.
The whole day in one place, from first booking to till count.
Fast-moving chairs need software that keeps up, not one that slows you down.
Treatments with prep, processing and paperwork behind them.
Every branch runs itself; you keep the view across the estate.
Each person on your team sees their day, not your business.
The admin that used to be Sunday evening, done as the day happens.
How it works
Five steps, and you can be taking real bookings on day one.
Five fields, no card. You are inside the product in under a minute, on a trial with everything unlocked.
A six-step wizard walks you through your services, your people, your hours and your prices, then imports your client list from a CSV.
Share your booking link and put the widget on your site. Bookings land straight in the calendar, and confirmations go out in your words.
The front desk board shows who is in the chair, who is next and who is late. One click takes a client to checkout, and stock and invoices follow on their own.
Pick the plan that fits when the trial ends, and switch on marketing, memberships or the online shop only when you actually want them.

Moving a salon onto new software is a real risk, and pretending otherwise would be the first thing we got wrong. So here are the honest answers, including the limits.
Export it to CSV and the import wizard reads it, up to five thousand rows at a time. It maps the columns for you (in English or Dutch), shows you exactly what it is about to do before it writes a single record, and de-duplicates against the clients you already have. Nothing is committed until you have seen the preview.
Nothing is charged, because nothing was ever taken. Signing up asks for no card. Your account pauses, your data stays exactly where it is, and picking a plan puts you straight back to work.
Your client book downloads as a CSV that reads straight back into the importer, and every report on the reports screen exports the same way. Cancelling keeps you running until the period you paid for ends.
Each person signs in as themselves and sees only their role's part of it. A stylist gets their own day, their shifts and their clock-in, not a business dashboard they have to learn.
So does the software. Every screen is built for phone, tablet and desktop, and your clients' portal installs to their Home Screen under your salon's name.
A person, by email. There is no ticket queue to navigate and no upsell call to book first, and we answer questions from salons that have not signed up just as readily as from ones that have.
Trust
So we treat it that way. No wall of certificates, just how SalonWard is actually built, in plain English.
Every salon is a separate tenant, enforced with row-level security. One business can never read another's clients, bookings or revenue.
Roles and branch scoping decide what each person can see and do. Two-factor sign-in and session revocation are included.
Export a client's complete record or erase it on request. Product features, not support tickets. Consents recorded per person.
Hosting stays in the European Union, and the only cookies are the essential ones. No ad-tech, no analytics trackers.
